Our chefs prepare national dishes with refined simplicity, paying special attention to local Piedmont dishes where experience, creativity and tradition find their utmost expression, accompanied by a wide choice of exquisite local wines, thanks to our well-stocked cellar.

The restaurant is located on the first floor of the Castle, it is accessed from the drawbridge and covers an area of over 2000 square metres including splendid corridors, enchanting rooms and regal halls, immersed in its immense grounds, it is the ideal venue for unique events, to spend romantic moments or simply to live and re-live a fairytale experience.

Our staff are also able to offer a wide range of services such as:
